For clinics and practices
Every enquiry answered. Every appointment real.
Patients book on WhatsApp in English, Spanish or Catalan, at any hour. The assistant asks what your front desk needs and offers slots from your own hours.
- Official WhatsApp API
- Slots from your own hours
- No health details collected
Try it now. Book an appointment.
Pick a language, then book a visit the way a patient would. The assistant asks the same questions it asks on WhatsApp and offers sample slots, then you see what your front desk receives.
What your front desk receives
Finish the booking and the card appears here: the booking priority, the answers, the slot the patient picked and the suggested next step.
Why this priority
Suggested next step.
The demo uses a sample clinic with fixed weekday hours. Live, slots come from your own hours and closed days. The priority only orders your queue: it is not a clinical assessment and reads no symptoms. Nothing from this demo is stored or sent to anyone.

Privacy
It asks what booking needs. Nothing more.
Health information is special-category data. The assistant is built so the booking never needs any.
- Asks
- The kind of visit from your own list, new or existing patient, how soon, time of day, how the visit is paid.
- Never asks
- Why the patient is coming, symptoms, medication or history. The first message asks patients not to send medical details in the chat.
- Emergencies
- The first message tells the patient to call 112 in a medical emergency. WhatsApp is not an emergency channel.
- Priority
- The score only orders the front desk's queue. It reads no symptoms and makes no clinical judgement.
- Stored
- The patient's name and phone number, the booking answers and the chat. Your privacy notice should say so, for how long, and who to ask to erase it.
- Stops on request
- Patients who write stop, baja or similar words are not messaged again.
A data processing agreement and your own privacy notice are still needed before a real patient is served. We help with both.
Dashboard
Every enquiry and appointment, in one place for the front desk.
The same dashboard the other Kadensio products use, labelled for a clinic: patients, coordinators, appointments.
- Appointments by day
- Today, tomorrow and upcoming, with the patient, the visit type and the coordinator.
- Patients in priority order
- The most urgent enquiries first, with the answers beside each.
- The whole conversation
- The WhatsApp thread is attached, so staff never ask a patient to repeat themselves.
- Take over in one tap
- A coordinator takes the conversation from the assistant, and hands it back when done.
- For managers
- One view across coordinators and clinics.
Questions
What clinics ask first.
Does it use a generative model?
No. No generative model decides, writes or prices anything. Every question and reply is fixed wording, and the priority score is plain arithmetic.
Can it offer a slot that is taken?
No. Slots come from your hours and closed days, and a slot a patient has taken is not offered to the next one.
Does it collect health information?
No. It asks what the visit is for from your own list of visit types, never why. It tells patients not to send medical details and to call 112 in an emergency.
Which languages does it speak?
English, Spanish and Catalan.
What if a patient wants a person?
A patient who would rather be called is handed to your team, and your team can take over any conversation in one tap.
Can patients change or cancel an appointment in the chat?
Not yet. They write, and a person handles it.
Does it work with the number we already use?
WhatsApp runs on the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform, so the number is registered there.
